It's about this girl who thinks she ugly because of her big nose and drinks a lot at this isolated place outside. She meets a guy who also has a big nose and discovers her isolated place, which she doesn't really like. There's no real romance between them, but they do become friends. I recall her getting involved with criminals of some sort accidentally, but she ends up going to the police or something.
Teen fiction.
Read this in like 2012 or 2013. Can't remember much else to it.
