I don't recognize the painting, but if I had to pick a February artist, I would guess Toulouse-Lautrec.

Yes you got it.You have to realize he was only 19 years old at the time of this painting. After this he went through a lot of phases.
The painting I posted in the February thread was made 69 years later!
I like his earlier years better, but as far as art goes, his later periods were distinct, different and a new style thus it is considered art in and of itself.
Oh and I have to admit I cheated. Sorry, I was right about the guess of nationality though, but I did look for the only painter of that origin. Hope I didn’t ruin it for everyone else! I would have never guessed that!

Yes, maybe if he parted his hair on the side, had it a little in his face like a prep, or even a ball cap, that’s hot! (I have a thing for baseball players lol)
