Added details but finding a clean cover has been problematic.

We can't use covers from other editions or WorldCat, no cover on Book Depository, bad cover on amazon & Abebooks. Jove/Berkley won't have a cover from so long ago.

Unfortunately it doesn't show the isbn, which we require :(

If you have the book and can photo/scan the cover we can use that. Rules are different for book in hand.

Just add it to your pictures on your profile and a librarian can get it from there, when you let us know.
