Looking for a book I previously read and can’t remember the name

If anyone could help 🙏🏻 So I’m looking for a romance book about a girl who notices a guy on trolley everyday on her way to work. She named him “City”. One night after a horrible first date, then getting drunk she ends up at City’s apartment. He was a painter and his parents were very wealthy. In the end he dedicated painting that incorporated her tattoos in them to her at an art gallery. Can anyone remember the name?
