SOLVED. Children's book containing specific quote: "I know, I know, I know all that!" [s]

I'm looking for a children's book I read somewhere between 2002-2006, although the book is probably older than that.
I really don't remember much about it apart from one quote that was repeated throughout the book: "I know, I know, I know all that!"
It may also have been about animals, but I don't remember anything else.
Sorry it's vague, but I would really appreciate any help with this as it is driving me nuts!

I'm glad I could help. I found it by searching for "I know, I know, I know all that", in straight quote marks, on archive.org using the "search text contents" function. It's very useful for finding books like that. Funnily enough, I'd read that book myself on there not long ago, but I didn't remember that line.
