These are so hard! I think I've got the first name for half of them but the surnames are evading me

At first glance I was like THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE, but then with like a few minutes I had quite a few complete already! I agree on the last names being hard, and I am telling myself not to google book characters called 'xxx' to find their last names. That feels like cheating. I will keep checking every once and a while for a fresh look and add any names that come to me! Staring myself blind on this isn't gonna do me any good.(view spoiler)
