Mel, we actually count all those things you mentioned, notes/resources/ack. So what is the last page you've got?
Penguin says 192; WorldCat doesn't have a page number, but someone with the book trumps the others, as long as they add the bits at the back of books that aren't ads or excerpts of other books.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

Could you please add the page number info to the edition with the ISBN 9780141990569?
The last numbered page that's not notes/resources/acknowledgements is 154, according to the copy I've got.
