Such high stakes in this one!I loved the reveal about Mademoiselle Geraldine,a and I am sad that the school is no more!
And I have so many questions& feelings after the ending.
*Rip Madame Septuna.

*Is there any way that Professor Braithwope survived???!
*Does Felix know Sophronia's alive????
*What will Soap,Sophronia and the dewan do next?
*Will there be more Lord Akeldama -Sophronia interactions. I live for each and every one of them.
*How will Sophronia react to more murder related activities going forward?This was the first time stakes moved from hypothetical chess strategy level of general machinations, to actual considering of the weight of taking human lives. Mostly for the greater good or in self defence, but still. I wonder how she will grapple with that going forward. Or maybe the stuff she will do will be mostly espionage and diversion only? But I feel it will not be that easy, and sooner or later there will be more murder. I am curious about how she will get through that.
*Weird combative friendship with Monique for the win!
*Yay ,on everyone of our main characters finishing.
What about the other pupils? What happens to their finishing?
*Will Agatha and Pillover get together, or will the things not go in that direction?
*What will happen with Felix? Will he stay with Westminster Hive as a drone or not. Will his father disinherit him. What kind of a man will he grow up to be? Hopefully progressive and tolerant, but I'd gladly see some of the process.
*What about Sidheag, Cpt Niall and Kingsair pack's adventures in India (?)? I want to see the love between the future spouses develop, and Sidheag becoming a nurse, and the woman we met in Changeless.
*How does Dimity's life turn out? I want so much of Dimity. <3

lolThis is my 4th read through, only this time I went audio so I could sew and listen...so not so undivided. :)
Do very many things take place in this book. I’m reading this for the 4th time. I noticed so many more things this go around. Than any other time. I will have to write a better post tomorrow.

I think it's one of those thing you notice after a while. Had I not been a person who obsessively reads up on characters on Wiki and thus not found the Angelique-Vieve connection for this book, I'd be none the wiser on this- my very first read. XD
