30.5 - Dlmrose's Task: Answered and Asked

It's about the verb placement. Where do the Crawdads Sing would be OK, but the absence of the verb next to the question word makes it a statement of place, not a question.
Both the other examples have the verb next to the question word (fears / happens) which allow them to be read as a question.

OK, I checked with a Libraian (Message # 2186 in the Librarian help thread ) and she said she thought the bracketed words were the subtitle so does What Was She Thinking? Notes on a Scandal work?
