SOLVED. Trying to find this book. [s]

The story is about a little girl who eventually grows up and runs a company that breeds and sells fish. The company was her parents, but they died and it was left to her. I want to say that the girl was autistic or had mental issues, but she was very smary and even went to college. There was one part in the book where a sailor started having feelings for her and he took her on his boat one day and had her expose herself or something like that. She didn't know what was going on or even care because she was focus on something else. There is also a part where she went to Japan or somewhere like that and she was able to sell her fish there for a lot of money. I hope this helps. Also, I'm not sure what year the book was pulblished, but I do remember that it was a light blue and white book.
