Descriptions matched to wrong book

I've been seeing this a lot lately, and I suspect it's something happening with the Amazon imports, but I'm not sure. This book came up on Adele Griffin's "books by this author" page, and the description is from her book Loud Awake and Lost, but the book has been given the primary author and title for Tuesdays with Morrie and merged with the other editions of that book. Why does this happen, and how should I fix it?

It is usually an ebook. Here is what I do:

1. Search the ISBN in Worldcat to get the correct title & author.

2. Delete incorrect author(s) and change the title to the correct one.

3. Separate the book from the others.

Sometimes, WorldCat does not have return a match for the ISBN; I then do a basic internet search of the first couple of lines of the description, and usually a book come up.

The edition ISBN in question comes up in WorldCat as:
Loud awake and lost by Adele Griffin
