SOLVED. Children’s book about animal that cannot get to sleep [s]

I believe the animal was perhaps a mouse or bear. It couldn’t sleep and all the other animals made suggestions about how she could get to sleep. One suggestion was warm milk and another was rubbing her feet in the bed maybe one was counting sheep? I think the book was smaller in size, like little golden book or smaller in dimensions. It wasn’t terribly long and I think the colors were pretty vibrant.

I taught myself as a child to rub my feet under the covers to soothe myself to sleep because of this book, but my mom doesn’t believe it is real so I want to prove her wrong. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would have read it in the early 1990s. That one doesn’t look familiar.

I just remembered that I think this book was about an animal that had different animals for parents if that makes sense. Like I think maybe she was a cat or a bear but her mom was some other animal.

Maybe the cover was yellow with blue font?
