Like I said, I'm putting it on hold for a while. Probably won't touch it again for months.

that said, got a really good friend that I might have mentioned is so in love with the series that she's geting a sleeve tattoo and she's totally up to date. Want me to ask her if I can give out her discord name?

oh, and did you look at what I said I'm interested in reading? I gave a HUGE list, and lot of em are really short series. I've been meaning to update it too.

EchoBaz(Unofficial World's Fastest Reader) | 459 comments Updated my want to read List, added a lot more:

As I said in the invite topic got a lot that I'm up for reading.

DC:
Superman: Earth One, Volume 1
Wonder Woman: Earth One, Vol. 1
Batman: Earth One, Volume 1
Injustice: Gods Among Us, Vol. 1
Batman: Eternal, Volume 1
Arkham Manor, Vol. 1
Batman: Hush

New to the list
Batman: The Dark Prince Charming
Batman: White Knight
Batman: The Man Who Laughs
Hell, just about anything Batman in the last 15 years.

Marvel:
The Superior Spider-Man, Volume 1

New to the list:

The Amazing Spider-Man, Vol. 1: Coming Home
The Amazing Spider-Man, Vol. 1: Back to Basics
Spider-Man/Deadpool, Vol. 1: Isn't it Bromantic
Spider-Woman, Agent of S.W.O.R.D.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Vol. 1

Hell, name the Marvel Comic that isn't an X-men(team) book from the last 15 years and there's a good chance I'll give it a shot if you really wanna read it.

And keep in mind, if you've got Marvel Unlimited. You already have access to all of these.

Got so much from Image that I'd love to read that it isn't funny.
Or Paper Girls, by the same writer
Paper Girls, Vol. 1 series only 25 issues so far.
Revival, Vol. 1: You're Among Friends 47 issues so far
East of West, Vol. 1: The Promise 42 so far.
Fatale, Vol. 1: Death Chases Me 24, and complete.
Peter Panzerfaust, Vol. 1: The Great Escape 25, and complete.
Lazarus, Vol. 1: Family 26 so far
Satellite Sam, Vol. 1 15, complete
The Manhattan Projects, Vol. 1: Science. Bad. 25 parts, complete.
The Walking Dead, Vol. 1: Days Gone Bye 186 parts so far.
Invincible, Vol. 1: Family Matters 144, complete.
Rachel Rising, Volume 1: The Shadow of Death 42 parts, complete.
The Fade Out: Act One 12, complete.
ODY-C, Vol. 1: Off to Far Ithicaa 12, complete
Bitch Planet, Vol. 1: Extraordinary Machine 10 issues, plus a 5 part...sider story or something.
Southern Bastards, Vol. 1: Here Was a Man 20, not sure if complete
Rat Queens, Vol. 1: Sass & Sorcery 2 parts...or something, 15 issues each.
Kill or be Killed, Vol. 1 20 parts, I assume complete

New to the list:

Deadly Class, Volume 1: Reagan Youth(40 parts so far)

Oh, and i'd like to give ONE exception to the within the last 15 years or so rule with one of my faves.

Savage Dragon, Vol. 1: Baptism of Fire I don't expect anyone to want to read this with me, but I just thought that I'd throw this out there

Non-Big 3:

Red Sonja, Vol. 1: Queen of Plagues
Red Sonja, Vol. 2: The Art of Blood and Fire
Red Sonja, Vol. 3: The Forgiving of Monsters

Asiain Graphic Novel/Manga
Battle Angel Alita
Seraph of the End, Volume 1
Sailor Moon, Vol. 1 I remember the manga version being really good. Completely different tone from the show.

Once again,This is hardly a complete list. Got so much I'd love to read.

but try to keep it to stuff that was made within the last 15 years or so, as I have a hard time going to comics before that time.

Thanks Elinor! I've just gotta find time to practice is all. It's prob nerves more than anything. That's cool that you've done a bit of martial arts in your past as well! I really like this dojo I attend because they teach a lot more practical self defense moves that one can apply in life if worse comes to worse. ^^

Yupp! Four D&D games is a bit crazy on my part. Considering that each game is usually 4hours or more (the little things non tabletop players don't realize. lol). But I enjoy it nonetheless. I'm building my own story with my friends and it is superb.

Japan! No way!!! I'm so excited for you! If you had just gone a bit earlier we might have crossed paths! haha. Where are you all going?? It's going to be even more exciting for you because you can practice your language skills there :) I kinda have been slacking on that end ^^;

I know I know Morte. I was only teasing you XP You'll love the comic when you do eventually get back around to it. That's so neat that your friend is getting a Saga Sleeve tattoo! What kind of elements is she incorporating into it?

Katie K | 2602 comments Nooo. Saga is on a hiatus? Bummer >_< Well that was back in 2018 I guess...maybe they'll come back soon? Here is a cool interview discussing the final volume. Beware of spoilers!

I remember practicing my kata in the garden xD Self defense moves, that's great ! useful ^^

I've never played a RPG but I know people who do and it seems to be quite a bit of work in between session too, isn't it ?

Yeeeahhh I really decided that on a whim and it's super exciting ^^ Yeah it's the same with my best friend, she is going in April ^^ you may cross HER path though ;p
I'm staying in Tokyo for this first trip (yep, it's not going to be the only one ^^) and some cities and things around it like Kamakura :) And yeah the language practice should be nice, even though I'm very very very very far from being fluent ;p I'm still at beginner level.

Practicing kata in the garden? That's awesome! lol. You definately need the space for some of those. lol

Roleplaying games are the absolute best. Team building at its finest ^^ It's not too much work for the player between session, but moreso for the person running it (known as the DM or Dungeon Master). They plan out paths the characters could take. It also depends if they are doing a homebrew kinda game or one from a book.

That's so exciting!!! No way! lol. Is she just going by herself? Or through a group of some sort? Maybe I will run into her without even knowing it. lol. Tokyo is a good go to for your first time around I feel. Kamakura will be fantastic as well!! Oh I know silly, lol. But just exploring a new country will probably motivate you to learn even more of the language, right? Either way, it will be an adventure ^^

Just finished the first Volume of Image's Outcast, and the third volume of Image's Saga
I need to to read a little less superhero, and a lot more Image and Grimm Fairy Tales.
More importantly though, I need to get over my personal bullshit drama and get a lot further with Saga, like I just told my friend ho is the worlds biggest Saga fan.
