Add book to series

Hello,

I'm trying to add this book to my Renegade series as Book 4. Currently, Savior is listed as Book 4, but I had to add another in the middle.

The order should be:

Renegade
Traitor
Deserter
Protector
Savior

also reverted the changes contrary to Goodreads policy and added alternate cover editions for Kindle books #1 and 2 correctly
