I have this very edition, currently reading it, and I can verify that the book has 395 pages.

Worldcat says it has 352 pages, as recorded by GR. On the other hand, the publisher itself indicates that it has 400 pages. Could you please confirm that the last page of text (the last page of the story) is number 395?

The last numbered page is 395. There is some text on page 396, about half of it, continuing from page 395 which is the acknowledgements.
