No, I've not been drinking today. Yet.

People with an active sex life occasionally binge drink. That's another surprise.
People in abusive relationships read about people in abusive relationships.
A study finds a link between these things and Fifty Shades, but cannot say whether the book is the causal factor or if they were already like that. The Mail writes this as if Fifty Shades causes all this ...
... and that's perhaps the least surprising thing of all. Sadly.



And occasionally point and laugh at people in shops who buy it...

Dunno - sounds to me like something you do to horses. Or, to clarify for Patti's benefit, something else you do to horses.

But just in case anyone is seriously interested in losing weight - gradually, healthily etc - just go do the 5:2 diet. It's a breeze.
I've gotta stop reading cook books. No wonder I'm fat.
