Pagecount on Audiobooks

Hello,

is there a way to have resonable Pagenumbers on Audiobook Editions of Books?
For Example: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
The GR Page says 4 Pages. I don't know what that is based on, but Amazon is linking the book to a Hardcover Version (same cover) with 976 pages (https://www.amazon.de/Das-Geheimnis-G...)

Are Audiobooks not meant to have pagenumbering (since they don't really have pages)?
