Amplifiers can occur in any living thing - including Grisha and normal people. If a Grisha is in direct contact with a living Amplifier their powers are amplified - yes, but not as much as when they've killed that living thing, claimed their life and wore the bones as an ornament around them.
Morozova being this master Fabrikator Grisha, he does a lotof experiments to push the boundaries of his power. He then finds a way to create new amplifiers that can work together and make a Grisha super-powerful.
He then installs it in 3 creatures first killed then bought back from the dead (using merzost) - the Stag, the Sea Whip & his second daughter.
The power of those 3 amplifiers is way too much for a single Grisha. Thats why when the sun summoner bought all 3 together (all 3 must be killed and claimed), the power exploded from her to all nearby people, thus leaving her powerless.
