March - Mysterious March

— The Lost Man by Jane Harper (♢)"
@chan
I've been meaning to ask you. How did you like The Lost Man?

Amy and Allie, you're both just one book away from finishing this challenge! Whoop, whoop!
Carmen, you are a powerhouse and are virtually half done now!
Excellent progress everyone!
Two more days and we'll be at the halfway point of March! 😊

I've been meaning to ask you. How did you like The Lost Man?"
@oshizu: It's my favourite by Jane Harper so far, so I definitely recommend it 👌 Here is my review, if you are interested in more details. I also think it's a great first book to pick up by her, if you haven't read her Aaron Falk series so far..."
Thank you for the link to your wonderfully thorough review of The Lost Man, chan! After reading your review, I wish I'd chosen the book for my 2019 Reading Women "book about nature" prompt!
To be honest, I'd never heard of Janet Harper before this month (which is not saying much since my reading tastes are somewhat skewed). Perhaps I shall try to fit The Lost Man into next quarter's Globetrotter challenge. :D
Thank you!

Does that mean that you enjoy reading food-related mysteries?
I'll be reading my first culinary mystery this mo..."
Oshizu!! It never even occurred to me to read a food-related mystery. I am going to have to look into this option. Especially since I didn't love either of the books I chose for this challenge. I liked them, but it's been a year of loving what I'm reading so I was a little disappointed that I just liked them.
When you have a sec to update your list, I finished my challenge. 2 of 2 read, message #44. How's your reading-month going?

Thank you oshizu. We are all stilled stunned by what happened exactly one week ago. There are many ways to respond to hate, our way is with inclusiveness and compassion.

Hi, oshizu:
Well, I don't know, reading it's my only confessable vice and I devote my whole spare time to it (sometimes a bit more... skimping on sleep LOL,) and I just can't resist mysteries.

Nice job, Samantha on finishing your first book for this challenge!
And Crystal reads on! Yay!
Carmen, thank you for sharing the "secrets to your sucessess". :D
Great job, everyone!
