in 2063, everything is new, its shiny, problems that once plagued humanity before can be solved. everything is wonderful. technology is more advanced than ever before, modifications or augmentations can be installed to better oneself. crime is down in record numbers and there are treaties have been made between world leaders. everything is thriving.

until it isn't.

not even a decade later it all goes to hell. where in 2063 all was well in 2071 cybercrime and street crime spike nearly consuming anything that once was stable. something that was once shiny and clean turned gritty and gray. corruption rules in both corporate business and the government itself. lowlife run the neon lit streets. fueled by the polluted air and dampness they rule.
