Steve Vogel | 9 comments For those of you who enjoyed my updated "Reasonable Doubt" about the Hendricks family ax murders, I want to be sure you know about my website which contains lots of interesting audio, documents, etc., related to the case. Also I hope you'll want to know I've co-authored a new true crime book due out in May.
My website: www.stevevogelauthor.com. Enjoy!

Fishface | 18858 comments Wait, when did you update the book? I read it ages ago and don't have it any more to check whether it was an updated edition...

Steve Vogel | 9 comments April of last year with about 2,000 additional words and a couple more photos. Available as Kindle, "quality" paperback and audio. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, would appreciate you ordering from BookBaby. No matter what, would REALLY appreciate a review. I think you'll be fascinated by material on website.

Fishface | 18858 comments I definitely have not yet seen the update. This is my favorite kind of TC -- a twisted little incident happening in an out-of-the-way corner of nowheresville. For pete's sake, it even happened in a town called Normal...

Steve Vogel | 9 comments Well...near Normal. Make sure you explore the "clippings" section of stevevogelauthor.com.

Steve Vogel | 9 comments And now, I'm happy to report, that I've arranged all of the audio, video, documents, etc., in a chronological order. Easier to digest. See why at my Facebook page, facebook.com/SteveVogelAuthor.

Thanks for letting us know!

Fishface | 18858 comments Didn't we have a separate discussion about your updated version of Reasonable Doubt? Because I can't find it now.

Steve Vogel | 9 comments Not sure. What I do know is the Investigation Discovery (ID) Network has scheduled what I believe is its first re-run of the hour-long program since it first aired last April concerning the Hendricks family murders.

The re-broadcast is set for 9 a.m. (eastern time) this Thursday, March 21.

The show, titled “The Darkest Night”, led off the third season of “20/20 on ID Homicide”. The program guide reads “Bloomington, IL is traumatized when a mother and her three children are murdered. Who is responsible is a mystery that points close to home, but all is not as it appears.”

Please share this information with friends who’ve been waiting for a re-broadcast.

Fishface | 18858 comments REALLY enjoyed the updated book Steve! That story followed me all the years since I read it but it was an even betyer read the next time around.

Steve Vogel | 9 comments Hey, I appreciate the comment and hope you've taken in all the Hendricks case stuff on my website. And by the way, a new book coming out in early May.

I read Reasonable Doubt years ago to and if there is an update I want to read it again. I will go on your website so I can get your new book out too. AWESOME!

Fishface | 18858 comments I'm already there Steve!

Cynthia Cipriano (cippiegirl) | 24 comments Can’t wait to read it!

Steve Vogel | 9 comments Hope you'll spread the word on goodreads and elsewhere. I think you'll find it a fascinating read (not as long as Reasonable Doubt). The official announcement about the book is still a couple weeks away.

Steve Vogel | 9 comments My new book is "The Unforgiven: The Untold Story of One Woman's Search for Love and Justice"...ready for release Friday, May 3...available for pre-order now. I've co-authored this book with reporter Edith Brady-Lunny who covered in real-time the case very reminiscent of the Susan Smith case in South Carolina.

Fishface | 18858 comments Yay!
