Thanks. I've also just noticed that there's a second version of the book on goodreads, but I didn't create it? I was trying to update the ASIN on the profile I created, but I was told the ASIN is already taken by another profile page for The Doll Maker. Is it possible to merge the two together without losing the review currently up?

Amazon imported the Kindle edition automatically. I have combined the two editions. Do you have an ebook ISBN for Kobo, iBooks, etc? Or is it just on Amazon?

OK, I am merging the one without ISBN/ASIN into the Kindle edition. If you release a different ebook format you can create a new edition.
