Please add Dead Moon to the Threshold Series by Peter Clines.

For reference you can see the book listed here on Audible.

I think it may be audio exclusive for right now (?) and I didn't want to use the cover image that said "audible exclusive".

Edit: Oh actually it doesn't look like 14 & The Fold have been labeled as book 1 & 2 in that series yet!

As the book is published with that cover, I added it. And book added to the series. The other books were already on the series, but the numbers were missing.
