Did L. M. Montgomery name Davy and Dora after David Copperfield?

This is very trivial, I know, but I wonder that in David Copperfield, David marries Dora, but the names are same?

There are Davy and Dora also in Alcot's book. Perhaps those names are popular names those days of time. Perhaps both writers are influenced by each others (Montgomery from Alcot and Dickens and Alcot from Dickens. Alcot is influenced any way from Dickens (pickwick papers).
