YA- a girl obsessively has to write things when she panics.

A girl had a traumatic night in a bedroom or hotel with a boy I’m not quite sure what happened but she began having the impulse to write things and she blacks out when this happens. Scenes I remember, a diner on a dock was described, eventually she goes back to where she had this awful experience And blacks out, when she wakes up she’s written everywhere and remembers what happened.
