Same as anywhere else, as soon as a book is published it is out of the author's hands.
The great thing about libraries is that they do not only have current books that are still for sale, but stock many older titles as well.
Goodreads stated purpose to be the largest online book cataloging service...therefore if your book has been previously published and ppl own copies then it is appropriate to leave it listed - and yes a library may have your book in its collection regardless of it being still available for sale or not - are you going to demand they get rid of their copies?




There may be other situations, but I think that covers the main ones. :-)
