Her family inherits an old mansion I believe in England or at least I’m sure they moved from the US to somewhere else. She was on the swim team and through the entire book when she speaks to her parents they don’t respond directly to her and she can’t figure out why. She makes a friend who is a boy, and they find a horrible spirit living in her families new house who they now together have to save her family. (She has a little sister who is the primary target of this spirit) The spirit I belive was a Queen or at least some sort of higher society long ago and there were rumors of awful things she would do. I’m almost positive the title of this book is “Haunted” but any search I do I cannot find it.

All I'm thinking about is the Goosebump book, "The Ghost Next Door". Is that it?
Within the last 4 years I’ve read this and it was newer when I got it.
