Mistakes in creating series

Please help.
I have mistakenly create two series whilst trying to add a book to the series.
I've read the manual and Cait thread, still ..

I deleted the second series. I took "10 volume" out of the series name, because if someone clicks on the series they will see there are 10 volumes.
Remember, to add books to a series you do it from the Series page and not the book page. You got book 2 on there successfully.

I tried to add, but can't. The series links only shows book, no add options. Unless recreate from the start, add all books in the series when creating the series.

At the top right of this page, there is an Edit function you can click on.

Then at the bottom it says "add books"

My mistake is perhaps because of using mobile browser. Only with PC it will be available.
