A book that tells a story in an unconventional format

This can be pretty subjective. I can be as simple as a pop-up book or choose-your-own-adventure. It can be anything that makes the book untraditional.

I just finished Long Way Down by Jason Reynolds. It was a quick read and is told in verse. It was quite thought provoking.

I read The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick and I LOVED IT!!! I seriously think everyone should read it. And read it aloud to children. Such a beautiful story with the added bonus of amazing b&w illustrations.

I still hope to read House of Leaves, which was my plan, but this came to my attention and was available at the library.
