Coordinate two pages for same physical volume

These are the same physical volume containing two ISBNs. This is common practice in Norway when a book club publishes a new book which then contains both the book club ISBN and the publisher's ISBN.

First add the cover image from #1 to #2.

change spelling of title of #2 based on correct spelling of #1: Død på kreditt

remove edition information from #1 and set it as publisher of #2

add afterword credit to translator

add these descriptions, the different last paragraphs which should also be added as librarian's notes:
