This one was a bit too dark for me. From the psychological POV that is. Yes it made perfect sense and yes it was brilliant. Just as Lauren Oliver, Green manages to capture the "in the head" part exceptionally well.
But life is dark enough as it is and I wish for happy ever afters and second chances. That's why I didn't love it, despite the fact that it's brilliant.
Daniel wrote: "Just curious how have you possibly managed to read 20!! Books in eighteen days! Amazing"😁😁I didn't read quite that many. 3 of them were almost over by the time we entered 2019 but GR chose to add them to my reading challenge because I closed them in Jan. And lots of them were below 250 pages, some only 100+ pages. I read 250+ pages a day so making the number was easy. :D

I'm the complete opposite, by the way, the darker the story/ending, the better! Though i do appreciate a nice clean ending too, i just prefer the dark and messy ones 😝
Finished
chosen by Daniel and it was just ok. To tell the truth, despite the story being better than the one in the movie, I loved the movie more. The writing style was newspaper article style and it really put me off.
Finished Hailee's pick -
and loved it. Not as great as The Sarantine Mosaic, but still a wonderful read.
Finished Tammie's pick
and I loved it!!It was sweet and funky and funny and awesome!
And I'm reading more of Briggs after this!
