yes, a horse is a quadruped. I don't have books with a quadruped on the cover in my next reading so I'm happy you have that book, Barb.
Jan, once I realized it would complete the 1st longitude/latitude challenge I was staying up late to finish it.

I think we are on R-ruins
The Pandora Room by Christopher Golden (hopefully this is accurate I’m doing this without glasses and half asleep).
Finished my Q (quadriped) book. It's been quite awhile since I last read this series, and I'm not sure I'll continue it. I liked the story and the setting, but some of the MC's behaviors really bothered me. Death by Bridle (Josiah Reynolds #3), by Abigail Keam, finished 4/19 ★★★
Still looking for S
Thanks for the update Barb. I have the first book of this series and keep putting it off. Maybe I'll take it off my list altogether. I think it was a freebie.

I think it was a freebie."It's been forever since I read the first in the series (Death by a Honeybee) -- I think I got it as a freebie too -- but I must have liked it enough to continue the series. Or maybe I was just sucked in by the cliffhanger at the end of the first book? Either way, I don't remember being so annoyed by the MC in the first two books.
I'm really working hard on paring down my series books and have focused so far this year on reading a ton of series #1 books to see if I can scratch them off my series spreadsheet. I feel better scratching the series if that #1 one book was free...lol. My spreadsheet has almost 200 UNSTARTED series on it. Not mentioning how many started series I have.
Oh I know that feeling all too well, Jan :) The last time I looked, I had well over 200 unstarted series ... so I stopped looking lolStill looking for U
