I'm at 60% percent and that's the only reason I'm not quitting this book. that, and that I don't want to rate a book I haven't read, and I burn to rate this book 1 star!

message 1171: by [deleted user] (new)

no, I've changed my mind. The proverbial last straw was reached. I'm not finishing this mess, sorry.

Next still: J

.... and there are too much really good ones to waste time with the bad ones. plus I've decided 60% is enough to leave a rating

message 1176: by Jillian (new)

Jillian | 1573 comments Hi, Denise!

I grabbed H since it was the last letter I needed for my personal challenge of completing all the letters. I only had a few minutes so I picked a book that I was planning on reading soon but it is also long and right now I have zero attention span to read.

message 1177: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't have a K at the moment, not even one I'm going to take back 🙈

message 1179: by Jillian (new)

Jillian | 1573 comments No, I’m still working on H just slow : ). (I set a personal challenge of reading a book for ever letter. I finally was able to get H, my last letter. I kept missing it either because I had another letter going or did not check in soon enough).

We are still at K

Ink and Bone (The Great Library, #1) by Rachel Caine

Jan, I liked it more than I'd expected to, although I didn't think it was quite up to what I'm used to from her Stillhouse Lake series. Maybe because this is a YA series rather than a thriller series?
