SOLVED. College romance book. The Heroine with early onset Parkinson’s and Scottish hero living in U.S. [s]

This book i know is based in the United states in the 2010s. Its about a girl in college who has parkinsons disease and she's living in an apartment with her best friend. Then she somehow meets a guy who is scottish, possible a one night stand and she dosent want to tell him about her disease. I know the girls mother is very anal about the girls disease and is against her being with the guy. I know the girls in college but I'm unsure is the guy is. I'm pretty sure that the girls parents are very rich. Its quite a descriptive story when it comes to intimacy.

I remember one part specifically where the girls parents are in town and they take the girl and boyfriend to a sports games, where they have their own private box and they had to dress really nicely. But her parents disapprove of the guy which cause the guy and girl to sneak off and have sex in the bathroom.
