Anita, I read 6 books, here's a list of them with links which should lead to my reviews: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
If you need links directly to my reviews, let me know.

https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/2...
1. The Hot Zone: The Terrifying True Story of the Origins of the Ebola Virus - Richard Preston
2. Lord of the Flies - William Golding
3. Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov
4. The Metamorphosis - Franz Kafka
5. Under the Banner of Heaven: A Story of Violent Faith - Jon Krakauer

I’ll post my links when I have access to my PC - just recovering from Christmas lunch :)

I ended up only reading 3 (started and didn't finish a couple because the disturbing-ness was killing my upbeat cheery mood, lol). Might get to squeeze a 4th one in the next week, but who knows.
The Most Disturbing Book Ever Written
1) Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, finished April 13
2) The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls, finished April 25
3) Go Ask Alice by Beatrice Sparks, finished Oct 4
