8) Please make a new post for every task that contains:
A. The region
B. The country
C. The book to be read.
D. Once you have finished the book, create a new post with all the details above AND the date read. You can also add a few comments about the book if you want (this is not compulsory).

LEVELS:

* For all levels, each book must be set in a different country.

Book Read: The Dolocher by European P. Douglas The Dolocher by European P. Douglas

This was actually called the Alderman James collection and was a KOLL borrow. It was five books in one collection. I enjoyed the plot but the book needed to be proofread. Many times there were so many issues within one paragraph that it left me trying to guess at what the author was trying to say.

After the 5 book series of the Alderman James collection, I needed a short book. This was a good introduction to a new series while giving me a quick break. I enjoyed the story and am looking for a time when I can read the next book in the series.

I worked on this book for about four months. Not because I didn't like it, but because other commitments got in the way. I definitely need to become independently wealthy so I can read about these places while I go to visit them!

Region: Europe
Country: France
Book Read: Prima Facie (Medicus Investigation #8.5) by Ruth Downie

This was a novella and was set in Gaul. I enjoyed the story and the time period.

Region: Australia & Oceana
Country: New Zealand
Book Read: Fearless (Scarlet Suffragette, #1) by Nicola Claire
Date Completed: 12/15/19

I enjoyed this novel and was surprised when it wasn't set in England. I thought it was going to have a paranormal element so I was also surprised that it was a straight historical mystery.
