1. Story ARC thru all three books.
2. Same Characters throughout.
3. Similar Covers.
4. Boxset of whole series.
5. Approved as a series by Amazon.

Either 1 or 2 is enough for the series listing on Goodreads.
Reasons 3 to 5 do not matter.

I also corrected alternate cover editions and merged empty/duplicated editions.
This messed up your default covers, so you might want to set them up again to the most recent ones.
