Who knows. lol. I'm still on book one of this BTW. I have read it so many time though I can comment. lol. I think this will be my like 6th time reading the series?
I love this series...
Me too. So many people thinks it declines too much to continue once the sexy stuff happens but while it does dip a little like any other series I still consider each book a 5 star for nostalgia alone. ^-^
It's one of my all time favorite series :)

I'm so glad I found this series. I especially like it because it's set in St. Louis and I was born in Kansas City, MO so it's kind of like going home...

This was my favorite Anita Blake book so far. I loved the interaction between Jean Philippe and Richard, and how they were both vying for her attention. I also liked seeing the were community a bit more. And loved the premise of the werewolf hunt and the missing werewolves. Great installment in the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series.
My favorite character was introduced in this one :) Such a good series!

In Circus of the Damned-now in trade paperback for the first time-a rogue master vampire hits town, and Anita gets caught in the middle of an undead turf war. Jean-Claude, the Master Vamp of the city, wants her for his own-but his enemies have other plans. And to make matters worse, Anita takes a hit to the heart when she meets a stunningly handsome junior high science teacher named Richard Zeeman.
