It was only a matter of time before these two finally were honest about their feelings. That it was one of those "Oh, my God, I could have - he could have died" things was a tough time to come to terms with their feelings.

It was as if they believed this might be the last time. I really got how dangerous this mission was because Blake believed they could die. I didn’t blame them for going for it.

I agree with you both. This was life or death, they may not have had another chance.

Agree. I think when you are constantly involved in life or death situations, you would grab at any chances you can. It felt very realistic to me.
