It appears to me that the book hasn't been released yet.That would most certainly explain why you can't find it anywhere.

Ok, thank you very much! That would make sense, though the Goodreads page says published in the past tense, that's why I thought it is already published. Also, there are a few reviews I have found, and I would have thought that a pre-order would be available if it was not yet released. Though, if the author's web site says it hasn't been, then it must be the truth. :)

I have been searching the internet thoroughly for this book
I can't find it actually for sale anywhere, in any format. I see on Goodreads that people have read it and say it is quite long.
Does anyone know where to find this book?
I don't live in the USA, so I, sadly, can't go to the bookstores there and in my country we don't have too many English books for sale at all.
