Piotr do you know whether the above cover belongs to the 2003 or 2006 edition? Both have that ISBN.

Sandra, this cover belongs to the 2003 edition. I have it beside me right now. :)
And as far as I know, there was no 2006 edition. The second (revised) edition was published in 2011.
