If there is more than one author, use any first or last name.
For an anthology, use the editor's first or last name.

I've used one of the authors names in the one anthology I read that met this challenge.
I've never seen an editor's name given

Let me know if I have to delete the anthology one I used for U

I looked at the book. I don't see an editor. You don't need to delete the book.
