SOLVED. YA - Twin sisters, one gets pregnant [s]

Hello all! I am looking for a book I stumbled upon a couple years ago. It was YA I think and it had twin sisters who were teens and one got pregnant. I believe the girls were African American and sister A got pregnant, wouldn't say who the father was. It so happened she got pregnant by the guy who Sister B had a crush on and was seeing. He actually thought sister A was sister B and that's how they ended up hooking up. I believe sister A also did things like change her mannerism/style to fool the guy into thinking she was sister B because she knew he liked her and would possible fall for it, which he did. Thanks for any help provided.
