I'd be inclined to think they should both be in their own language.

Ghamka Pailaharu won Madan Puraskar and Sajha Puraskar in 2035 BS (Award given to best book of year 1978/79)

It would be better if you have shown the same year for both awards.

Same goes with Aagat, Madhabi etc.

Madan Puraskar website says Ghamka Pailaharu won the award in 2036 BS

पुरस्कार प्राप्त मिति वि.सं. २०३६ (taken from award website)

But Sajha Puraskar wiki shows the year as 2035 BS

घामका पाइलाहरू २०३५ ध.च. गोतामे (taken from Nepali wikipedia)

I think the difference is due to one site showing the year in which award was given and the other site showing the year for which the award was given :/

For Madan Puraskar, I added 2018 AD for the latest winner (Yogmaya in 2075 BS) and went backwards from there throughout the list. For Sajha Puraskar, it looks like there are only 2 winners in the last 15 years which put me off the years slightly

2036 BS was the year in which the award was given and 2035 BS was the year for which the award was given.

I'm not sure what the precedence is when it comes to awards given in and awards given for. I usually go by the year mentioned in the award website but as we see now, different websites give different years so I'd like confirmation from PTB on what we need to follow for GR.

Also, I'm not sure if we can use that link for updating Sajha Puraskar winners. Again, leaving that for PTB to confirm

I'll leave the awards for someone else, but I know we have to use the Gregorian numbers for any dates in the date field.
