Cannot load Kindle pre-order book

I loaded my new fantasy novel, Dragons Unremembered, into the Kindle store via KDP. It will be released on December 14th, 2018, and is listed in Pre-Order status. I cannot load this book into Goodreads and, hence, cannot list it in my profile or take out an ad. Does anyone know if Pre-Order Kindle books can be uploaded and if so how. Thank you.

Hi David. You should be able to add a book on Goodreads, regardless of the book's status on Amazon. While you're logged in to Goodreads, go to your Author Dashboard. In the top right-hand corner, you will see Add a Book. It's pretty straightforward from there. All you need is the ASIN from Amazon, which your pre-order should already have.
