I've been spending a lot of time with Modern Mrs. Darcy's What Should I Read Next. I have a whole notebook dedicated to that podcast. I want to branch out to others though, I just haven't gotten around to them.

Pop Culture Happy Hour does a segment called What’s Making Us Happy This Week in which they sometimes discuss books/graphic novels. They’ve also done a few book specific episodes, including one all about romance novels!! Aaron Mahnke hosts a podcast called Lore and he has written several books based around that. Levar Burton Reads.....Shedunnit...you could read one of the books from My Dad Wrote a Porno...ooh ooh Overdue Podcast, or Worst Best Sellers!!! I think I might listen to too many podcasts...

I’ve been on the library wait list for the audiobook of Killers of the Flower Moon for months. I decided I wanted to read it after listening to the Literary Disco podcast episode on it, so that will be my pick for this one.

I'm kind of ashamed to say that I still haven't read We Should All Be Feminists yet, so I'm probably going to read that. I know it's related to a TED talk but that should still count.

We are definitely okay with books that relate to TED talks for this prompt. TED has a weekly podcast, so ... it's all good.

I read WSABF last year and liked it a lot. It wasn't a quick read, though. It's very dense with information and ideas.

“Evicted” by Matthew Desmond is my choice for this prompt. I’ve listened to so many podcasts discuss how wonderful this is including one of my favorite TED talk speakers, Michael Murphy.

I read I'll Be Gone in the Dark for this prompt and I highly recommend it. Michelle McNamara was a beautiful writer and her editors did a superb job finishing the book after her death.
