What happened to my book?

A few days ago I asked to have my new book Dragon's Revenge: A Letty Valdez Mystery added to my author profile page. I put this request in the "Adding New Books" folder. I gave all the required bibliographic information. My request post was deleted. My book was not added to my profile page. This morning I reposted the same request to the Adding New Books folder. My post has been deleted. My book has not been added to my profile page.
What's the problem? Am I doing something wrong?

When one of the volunteer librarians chooses to work on your request. The fact that you asked for 4 different editions makes it a fair bit of work, but it will get done eventually. Odd that it hasn't automatically imported from Amazon yet; that's how most of their books get here I believe.

I think the closure of Create Space is putting some pressure on KDP and they don't have it all together yet.
