What does everyone have lined up for this month? I have two I need to read from October/November so am behind but thankfully there is a freebie this month.

I don’t know what I plan for Scottish/Highlander, maybe the latest Mackenzie & McBrides story by Jennifer Ashley that wasn’t out last year for the series read a few of us did.

Merry (jewelhound) | 857 comments I read November's book a tad early. It was a steamy biracial book that I just plain enjoyed That Wicked Harlot. I hope to read more of the authors books

🐝 Shaz 🐝 | 1242 comments I am reading Highland Savage by Hannah Howell , for this months read.

Jan (jan130) | 2703 comments Like you, Joanna, I still haven't read October or November. Eek! I will try to catch up. For December, I have The Ranger by Monica McCarty.

Jan (jan130) | 2703 comments I've finally started my November book (diversity theme). Forbidden Jewel of India by Louise Allen. I don't mind the trope, but I'm not really hooked so far (30% in). An Englishman in 1780s India has to escort a half Indian/half English princess through the hazards of India back to her English father. There's plenty of UST, but I don't really like the heroine that much just yet. Maybe she'll improve as I read on.

Jan (jan130) | 2703 comments Well, I got 9 (and a half!) out of my twelve challenge books read. Not too bad. I am adding the two I didn't get started on to my 2020 challenge.

How did everyone else go on this year's challenge?

message 361: by Mariana (new)

Mariana | 2692 comments I hadn't updated yet, but I finished on Saturday. Had a couple good ones this month. Now I just need to plan for January.

Midniteillusion | 117 comments I fell apart this year with this challenge. I did so good in 2018, I'm hoping to be back on track for 2020.

I believe I finished this. Need to double check but I did finish my Renaissance yesterday. I am just doing 12 in the new year.
