There is a family living in a small town out west. They have three young sons, around ages 5, 7, and 9.

The middle son is very smart and mischievous. He buries some stakes in the ground to win at rug of war. He also figures out some guys are selling mining rights to worthless land to people in the town

His father bought the first indoor toilet in the town but when it arrives and town official makes him unbox it in front of the house before he can install it
