Marc I noticed several typos (and I know it can be hard to catch them all, but it was confusing in some of the exercises especially)- not sure if that's because it was the pdf - but happy to email you a list of the ones I found if that helps.

Hi Marc - I've PMed you the dozen or so typos. I know how hard they can be to catch, but in a couple of places they were confusing and made exercises etc harder to understand or do.
